RECEPTIONIST

Digga is Australia’s leading manufacturer of Machinery attachments for the Earthmoving & Construction industry. A multi-award winning, global company, with 5 state of the art facilities worldwide, our product & passion for providing total customer solutions is second to none.
We currently have a vacancy for a Receptionist to join our team based in Yatala QLD. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our HR team. Reporting to the HR manager you will be responsible for providing quality customer service and administrative duties to our internal and external stakeholders. The role will support the daily operations of the Reception team.
The successful candidate will be well presented and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have the ability to multitask in a fast and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE.

  • Managing a busy switchboard, answering calls, greeting customers, and taking messages
  • Providing administrative support to other departments
  • Assisting in general customer enquiries and requests
  • Organising incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining various data bases
  • Coordinating meetings including catering requirements as needed
  • Maintaining uniform and office supplies
  • General administration such as filing, scanning, and binding

TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE.

  • Previous experience working in an office environment would be advantageous
  • Background in customer service is essential
  • Proficient computer and typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • A positive can-do attitude
