REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer service oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English and basic Mandarin for communicating with Chinese-speaking customers

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in customers
  • Handle phone and email enquiries
  • Liaison between customers and the centre
  • Handle student registration
  • Collection of course fees
  • Support day-to-day centre operations
  • Administrative tasks
