Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, the Receptionist’s duties will include:

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, room change requests and late check-outs;
  • Answer customers’ questions about the hotel’s services, tourist attractions and activities in the region;
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures;
  • Effectively resolve customer requests and problems;
  • Notify relevant departments of changes in room occupancy;
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of guests and events;
  • Participate in the promotion of the establishment;
  • Perform all other related tasks.
