Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, the Receptionist’s duties will include:
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, room change requests and late check-outs;
- Answer customers’ questions about the hotel’s services, tourist attractions and activities in the region;
- Follow hotel policies and procedures;
- Effectively resolve customer requests and problems;
- Notify relevant departments of changes in room occupancy;
- Maintain confidentiality and security of guests and events;
- Participate in the promotion of the establishment;
- Perform all other related tasks.
