Description:
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- 1-3 years of previous experience in customer service or telemarketing preferred
- Able to work independently in a fast spaced environment
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English command is needed for both speaking and writing
- Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes
- Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly calls and appointment goals
- Accurately document the customer’s personal information including phone number, address and other order information
- Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer’s needs
- Work closely with Business Development team on appointment secured
- Follow up email with potential clients on appointment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min “O’ level
- Goal Driven & positive attitude
- Able to speak English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office application including MS outlook and MS Excel
