Description:

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • 1-3 years of previous experience in customer service or telemarketing preferred
  • Able to work independently in a fast spaced environment
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English command is needed for both speaking and writing
  • Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes
  • Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly calls and appointment goals
  • Accurately document the customer’s personal information including phone number, address and other order information
  • Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer’s needs
  • Work closely with Business Development team on appointment secured
  • Follow up email with potential clients on appointment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min “O’ level
  • Goal Driven & positive attitude
  • Able to speak English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office application including MS outlook and MS Excel
