Description:
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Manage switchboard, directing incoming calls to the appropriate parties promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage the conference room schedule to ensure optimal utilization of space.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries, and manage courier services as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including ensuring that other office areas are tidy and fully operational.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as PO, reports, book contractors, data entry, filing, and document preparation as required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Ideally candidates should possess relevant experience in a similar role or be able to demonstrate an aptitude for the role, for example:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate environment and hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional manners.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries and requests from diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in multi-tasking and familiarity with basic office equipment with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications (Condeco).
