Description:

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Manage switchboard, directing incoming calls to the appropriate parties promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage the conference room schedule to ensure optimal utilization of space.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries, and manage courier services as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including ensuring that other office areas are tidy and fully operational.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as PO, reports, book contractors, data entry, filing, and document preparation as required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Ideally candidates should possess relevant experience in a similar role or be able to demonstrate an aptitude for the role, for example:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate environment and hospitality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional manners.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries and requests from diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking and familiarity with basic office equipment with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications (Condeco).

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company’s newly refurbished global office in Hammersmith, London. With its panoramic views of the London skyline, this vibrant location is just a two minute walk to the station.
We are looking for a Receptionist who will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to visitors, clients, and employees, while maintaining a welcoming and efficient front desk operation.
