Description:

As a Receptionist, you will occupy a pivotal role within our organization, serving as the initial point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees alike. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency through adept management of administrative tasks, seamless communication facilitation, and the delivery of exceptional customer service to all who walk through our doors.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service, understanding and meeting the needs of visitors and callers effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external contacts.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to address and resolve inquiries or concerns efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Travel Coordination: manage the organization of business travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, airline ticket purchases, and car rentals for employees. Ensure compliance with company travel policies while accommodating the unique needs of our team members.
  • Office Supplies Management: Oversee the circulation of office supplies by effectively managing orders to maintain stock levels and meet the demands of daily operations.
  • Onboarding Process Assistance: Play a key role in the onboarding process by generating employee IDs and providing comprehensive welcome packages to new hires
  • Benefits Coordination Support: Facilitate communication with benefit providers to ensure employees receive timely and accurate information regarding their benefits packages.
  • Mail and Communication Handling: efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as the central telephone system and main email inbox
  • Guest Visit Organization: coordinate guest visits by reserving meeting rooms and arranging for hospitality services, such as coffee service
