Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, welcoming and professional reception service where enquiries, booking and other matters are dealt with accurately and promptly
- Complete day-to-day administrative support and reception services to the Village
- Maintain the resident database and assist with administrative tasks in relation to new and outgoing residents
- Assist the Village Manager, staff, contractors and residents with administrative tasks such as word processing, correspondence, faxes, photocopying, bookings, taking minutes and document management
- Complete office equipment and stationary ordering
- Maintain Village records in accordance with organisational policies, guidelines and procedures
- Provide financial administrative support
- Shifts available Monday and Tuesday 9am - 5pm
