Your tasks

  • You are the person and the first point of contact for our employees and visitors at our reception in the administrative building in Hasselroth. You score points with your sympathetic and friendly nature and demeanor.
  • You host our guests kindly, take care of the preparation and follow-up of the meeting rooms, and keep an eye on Outlook appointments.
  • Your tasks also include general service tasks as well as the organization and support of events of any kind.
  • You receive incoming mail and parcel shipments and take care of outgoing mail.
  • You are there when needed: In cases of representation, you support the team wherever you can.

Your profile

  • You have completed commercial training and/or ideally have gained experience at reception or in a secretariat.
  • You have a well-groomed appearance, a positive demeanor, good manners, and a cultivated manner.
  • You excel with your strong communication skills and can apply them over the phone or in face-to-face conversations.
  • Your ability to think outside the box, multitask, and organize are among your strengths.
  • You speak and write German at a native level and have good to very good English skills.
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs.
  • You possess a very high level of responsibility and commitment. Initiative, resilience, reliability, and teamwork complement your profile.
