Receptionist / Management Assistant (60 %)
Location: Stans
Description

We are looking for an experienced assistant for our headquarters in Central Switzerland with the following tasks:

  • Operation of the switchboard
  • Visitor support
  • Organisation of meetings and keeping of minutes
  • Travel management
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Assistance of the management

Requirements

  • Successfull completed commercial (KV) or equivalent education
  • Some years of experience in a similar position (as an assistant and receptionist)
  • Very good IT skills (MS Office / Windows)
  • Very good in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Service minded and task-oriented
  • Good appearance and communicative personality
