Receptionist / Management Assistant (60 %)
Location: Stans
Description
We are looking for an experienced assistant for our headquarters in Central Switzerland with the following tasks:
- Operation of the switchboard
- Visitor support
- Organisation of meetings and keeping of minutes
- Travel management
- Various administrative tasks
- Assistance of the management
Requirements
- Successfull completed commercial (KV) or equivalent education
- Some years of experience in a similar position (as an assistant and receptionist)
- Very good IT skills (MS Office / Windows)
- Very good in German and English (spoken and written)
- Service minded and task-oriented
- Good appearance and communicative personality
