Maven Dental Noosa Junction is currently looking for a friendly and dedicated Casual Dental Receptionist to become a valuable part of our team. Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Casual Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our practice, playing a key role in providing a positive experience for our patients. This position requires flexibility, with 30-38 hours of work per week scheduled between 7:45 am and 5:15 pm. Please note, the hours for this role would not be suitable for those seeking school hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, making every patient feel welcomed and valued.
  • Manage appointments, inquiries, and patient records with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support the dental team by assisting in sterilization and preparation as required.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our practice, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both patients and staff.
