Description:

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good command of English (at least B1/B2 level),
  • Last year student of Management, Business Administration or other business-related studies,
  • Openness towards external and internal stakeholders,
  • Highly developed customer services skills,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure situation,
  • Flawless work organisation skills and attention to details,
  • Ability to work at least 25-30 hours per work week,
  • Student status is preferred.

Responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing the reception desk including guest and visitors care,
  • Answering the phone – main line incoming to the office,
  • Managing the incoming and outgoing mail and packages,
  • Processing incoming documentation,
  • Organising workspace and supplies,
  • Managing cooperation with cleaning staff and building’s technical services on a daily basis,
  • Cooperating with supervisor on solving issues coming from the employees,
  • Supporting organisation of office events,
  • Organising and managing various office services,
  • Managing the various office administration supplier relationships and associated processes such as ordering of office supplies, catering & new staff onboarding requirements,
  • Managing the distribution and accurate record keeping of inwards and outwards mail and courier services both domestically and international,
  • Helping Central Capabilities department with process management in dedicated tool.
