ASSOCIATE, OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Acera is looking for an ambitious, engaging Associate, Office Administration to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years previous reception experience;
- Diploma or degree in Business Management would be considered an asset;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Professionalism;
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Motivated and a self-starter;
- Strong time management skills;
- Organized and efficient;
- Reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Answer a busy multi-line phone system;
- Greet walk-in clients and coordinate their needs with the respective agent;
- Prepare outgoing mail, inter-office mail and couriers;
- Maintain courier and recycling records;
- Ensure front end is kept tidy and organized;
- General admin duties as required;
- All other duties as directed by management.
