ASSOCIATE, OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Acera is looking for an ambitious, engaging Associate, Office Administration to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years previous reception experience;
  • Diploma or degree in Business Management would be considered an asset;
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills;
  • Professionalism;
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Motivated and a self-starter;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Organized and efficient;
  • Reliable.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer a busy multi-line phone system;
  • Greet walk-in clients and coordinate their needs with the respective agent;
  • Prepare outgoing mail, inter-office mail and couriers;
  • Maintain courier and recycling records;
  • Ensure front end is kept tidy and organized;
  • General admin duties as required;
  • All other duties as directed by management.
