Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5.5 days work week (Mon to Fri : 11am to 8pm, Sat 10am to 2pm)
  • Basic PC skills required
  • Sales and/or customer service background would be an added advantage
  • Friendly and warm personality
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
  • Preferably with some relevant work experience
  • Locations: Somerset outlet

Responsibilities:

  • Provide good customer service in managing the phone calls and attend to client enquiries.
  • Call, schedule and remind customers to confirm their appointment
  • Provide admin, co-ordination and any other relevant support to the marketing team
    in campaigns and promotions on social media platforms etc, when needed.
