EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

High School diploma or GED. Ability record and monitor surroundings. Experience in customer service, Excel spreadsheets, and MicroSoft Office. Excellent communication and time management skills. Must be able to work as a team member in a fast paced environment. Must minimum of 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to walk; sit; use hands, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Need ability to move around the dealership. The employee may be required to lift up to 25 pounds. Work is performed at a desk in an office setting and walking throughout the dealership showroom and lot. Dress

Responsibilities:

  • Confer with guests by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, direct guests to sales consultants or other appropriate staff members, monitor showroom and lot activities, and help resolve concerns as needed.
  • Keep records of guest frequenting showroom and lot, monitor interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Check to ensure that guests are being greeted and customers’ needs being addressed and proactively refer unresolved customer needs to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Direct guests with inquiries guest waiting areas, restrooms, offices, and/or to communicate services available for guests of the Murdock Auto Team.
  • Follow-up with guests to determine if their needs were met and they experience was the best quality.
