Responsibilities:
Our growing Melbourne office is in search of a Receptionist in a full time capacity, who will be motivated to support the Melbourne region. This will be someone who has a dynamic and confident personality and who is keen to learn, grow and be a supportive member of our team.
You will be responsible for reception duties, maintain office operations such as stationary and catering as well as office engagement for our staff. You will work with other Business Support staff across other regions and with local staff members from Job Managers to Senior Management.
You will need to be able to respectfully deal with a diverse range of people both internally and externally. You will be joining a fast paced, busy team and will enjoy operating with an appropriate level of autonomy reporting to the Business Support Manager.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Email Management, maintaining the Melbourne Admin inbox.
- Reception duties: Greeting clients/visitors, organising stationary and catering
- Maintaining office appearance.
- Assisting with travel arrangements.
- Assisting with timesheets and expenses.
- Onboarding and offboarding of staff.
- Office engagement, development and empowerment: Assisting with technical training and internal staff focused events.
- Assisting with other administrative duties as required.
