    This role would suit an experienced Receptionist, Administrator or Customer Service professional who has the desire to learn and forge a long-term career in this thriving industry.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Past reception or administrative assistant experience
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Excel and Outlook skills

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors to the facility, being the first point of contact for the organisation
  • Assist in inducting visitors and contractors to the facility.
  • Manage phone system as first point of contact for inbound phone calls
  • Book and prepare meeting rooms
  • Provide administrative support for the site operations team
  • Produce reports as required by site operations team
  • Manage office supplies and staff uniform
