Responsibilities:

  • General front-of-house reception duties
  • General office administration duties
  • Maintaining room bookings and facilitating room setup
  • Catering for internal or external meetings
  • Meeting and greeting clients and act as a liaison with internal clients and external suppliers
  • Ability to work between 8:30am to 5:00pm. On occasion, you may be asked to work before or after this time to support the business with its core activities.
    As this is an in-house, client-facing position, you will be required to attend the office on business days.
    Our core business hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
