Due to an internal promotion, Gough Recruitment currently has an exciting new opportunity within our Perth team. We currently employ 75+ staff across offices in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Hong Kong. We have modern offices based in Subiaco housing 14 x staff, with break-out areas (both inside & an outside balcony), and we have an amazing team culture with staff tenure ranging up to 20 x years in Perth!
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience/knowledge in Real Estate/Property or Recruitment is desirable (not essential), strong attention to detail is essential
- A positive & hard-working attitude to keep up with the pace of a top sales office
- Immaculate presentation - we are coaching candidates how to present at interviews so we need to look the part ourselves
- Team orientated as we all pitch in to achieve the end result
- Excellent administration skills to deliver a high volume of work
- Most importantly….. A confident sharp personality and highly motivated to succeed along with a desire to progress into recruitment sales

Responsibilities:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
- Provide administrative support to the team and Regional Director as required
- Temp paperwork/compliance
- Assist in organising in-house staff functions & in house marketing
- General duties to ensure day-to-day office requirements run smoothly
- Assistance with profiling of candidates
- Greet all guests, usher them into meeting rooms & offer refreshments
- Answer a minimal amount of reception calls (most calls are mobile to mobile), screen and direct to the relevant team member
- Mail duties as well as arranging and receive couriers
- Keeping the office neat at all times
