SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in computer software skills including the Office suite
- Previous experience in an Administration based or Reception role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters diplomatically.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude for offering timely solutions.
- Highly developed initiative, organizational, and time management abilities, with the capability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will be stationed at the front-of-house Reception area, alongside another Receptionist. Your primary responsibilities will entail liaising with potential office space tenants, converting leads, and providing support to the marketing team in promoting offerings. Additionally, you will meet and greet incoming clients, conduct office tours, and assist with office coordination tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate inquiries via online shared office portals and explore alternative lead generation channels.
- Coordinate bookings and conduct office tours.
- Assist with internal serviced office rental functions and cover reception duties during absences.
- Support various administrative tasks as required.
- Supervise day-to-day coordination of the rented office reception function.
- Perform reception duties during absences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to advertise and promote rented offices.
