Description:

HELPDESK

  1. Overseeing and monitoring CMMS systems
  2. Supports ensuring all tickets are updated and closed out on time
  3. Ensure all tickets are raised correctly (priorities, assignment, job details)
  4. Managing and actioning daily, monthly helpdesk reports
  5. Working through the process of solving problems with clients.
  6. Answer Helpdesk / Switchboard calls.
  7. Request updates from Hard / Soft Services teams.
  8. Manage sub-contractor callout process.
  9. Promote QHSE and drive tangible improvements in safety performance and culture.
  10. Performs other duties as assigned.
