OUI Recruitment is currently recruiting a receptionist for a large services provider, based in Perth CBD. This is a varied role within a fast-paced multinational business, surrounded by a supportive team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Warmly welcome and greet visitors, ensuring they are comfortable and attended to promptly upon arrival.
  • Answering and Directing Calls: Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, transferring calls to appropriate staff members or departments, and taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Managing Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked, and handling any administrative tasks as required.
  • Handling Correspondence: Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly, and ensure all correspondence is accurately directed to the intended recipient.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendars, ensuring efficient coordination and communication with staff and clients.
  • Providing Information: Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and the general public, providing accurate information about the company and its services.
  • Maintaining Security: Monitor and ensure the security of the premises by controlling access via the reception desk and adhering to security procedures.
  • Assisting with Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
