WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Person who will be the face of the company brand with an excellent communication skill with a warm and fun personality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Can be from any background (hospitality and English certification is a plus).
  • 1+ year experience in related fields (experiences as hotel receptionist is a benefit).
  • Hospitality and or fast growing startup experience preferred.
  • Great organizational and people skills.
  • Able to work and achieve KPI targets with minimum supervision.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
  • Strong employee-relations skills with attention to diverse international and local culture knowledge, must be approachable and able to earn trust and credibility with employees in the organization.
  • Solution-oriented, highly resourceful, with exceptional follow-through.
  • Able to deal and manage effectively conflictual situations.
  • Flexible, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities.
  • Possess a natural, yet professional ease at working with and relating to the needs of employees in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Fluent in English is a Must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Applicants for this position should be able to relocate/live in Bali.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • The main role is to create a welcoming feeling when entering the space. Experienced in office reception, as an administrative assistant, or something similar. This role is critical for first impressions.
  • Be the first contact that people see when they enter the space or pass through for events. Interacting with many different people from many different walks of life, and being able to present Outpost positively, while fielding questions and forwarding inquiries to appropriate parties.
  • Carrying out random acts of kindness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome guests to cowork and coliving reception
  • Greet members/guests, assist for sign-ups and any inquiries that occur at the host/front desk
  • Administrative assistant/task.
  • Tidying and stocking up to ensure our space continually reflects who we are and what we value.
  • Support event and community activities in the space and work closer with the Experience & CommunityTeam.
  • Check-in/check-out
  • Give coworking/coliving tours to new members and prospective new members
  • Introduce new members to the community and facilitating connections
  • Assist any administrative needs around coworking/coliving
  • Assist members/guests and tech team to work on any technical issues when occur
  • Receive packages and mails and deliver them to the right recipients
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to members/guests inquiry emails
  • Keep space tidy throughout the day
  • Open and close space daily
  • Keep the systems integrated and correctly updated
  • Support events and community team for promotion, upsell, and coordination
  • Handle feedback and comments from the members to report to the host coordinator
  • Responsible and supervised inventory and sales on the Grab&Go
  • Qualifications:
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability.
  • Passion to learn and grow.
  • Experience in hospitality is a benefit.
