WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THESE ROLES?

To be suitable for these roles, you will need to possess the following:

  • Previous receptionist / administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging demeanour.
  • Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test.
  • Full-time working rights and available for an ongoing position.

This role will see you as the face of the company, responsible for:

  • Answering all incoming calls from clients, agencies and any other general enquiries.
  • Directing calls to relevant departments and / or taking messages.
  • Data entry and updating the internal computer system.
  • Assisting with compliance and scanning / cropping of documentation.
  • Any other general administrative duties as required
