WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THESE ROLES?
To be suitable for these roles, you will need to possess the following:
- Previous receptionist / administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging demeanour.
- Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test.
- Full-time working rights and available for an ongoing position.
This role will see you as the face of the company, responsible for:
- Answering all incoming calls from clients, agencies and any other general enquiries.
- Directing calls to relevant departments and / or taking messages.
- Data entry and updating the internal computer system.
- Assisting with compliance and scanning / cropping of documentation.
- Any other general administrative duties as required
