ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a customer service or administration background that is seeking a career in the insurance industry. The Receptionist role is an essential part of the team, acting as the first impression of NewSure and integral to effective business operations!
A brief snapshot of the role will involve:
-

Providing great customer service over the phone and for walk in clients and prospective clients

  • General reception duties and provide administration assistance as required to the team
  • Maintain accurate client files and documentation
  • Monitoring incoming emails and be proactive around actioning or directing to the appropriate staff member
  • Banking and reconciliation of accounts
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with relevant statutory and industry requirements and codes

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a customer-focused individual with strong administrative skills to join the NewSure team. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude! Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have a willingness and ability to learn
  • Experience within the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities (written, verbal, and report-writing)
  • Capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively within the team
  • Be a positive contributor and a great representative of NewSure
