Description:

Schedule: Part Time
Monday - Friday 5pm-8pm
Saturday 8:00-2:00, Sunday 2:00pm-8:00pm
Salary: $16.50 - $17.50/hour – based on experience

    We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate Receptionist

RECEPTIONIST EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service and/or administrative assistant position preferred.
  • Experience with operating office equipment including phone systems, emergency call system, monitoring board or beeper, photocopier, and the ability to quickly learn new systems preferred.
  • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly Required.
  • Working knowledge of computers including Excel, Word, and MS Office required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Assist Community Relations Director with completing inquiry packet and taking community inquiries.
  • Assist the Business Office with new hire paperwork, accounts receivable, and accounts payable as needed.
  • Monitor and ensure desk and lobby are clean and neat.
  • Answers incoming telephone calls in a cheerful and marketing-oriented way, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
