This is a great opportunity for a Receptionist to become an integral part of a privately owned and operated Pure Water Specialist, recognised as the industry leader.
With over 25 years experience, Puratap manufactures and retails water purifiers, providing clean, pure drinking water to households across South Australia.
Puratap is an organisation that understands the importance of people and quality within its business and provides a unique opportunity for the right person to become an integral part of its friendly and dynamic team in easy to get to Dudley Park.
In order to be successful you will need to enjoy being the first point of contact who takes delight in delivering exceptional customer service and have a positive approach to running a reception area.
The person we are seeking enjoys working in a supportive team environment, will be flexible yet reliable, able to prioritise, confident and very well-spoken.
This is a diverse role, In addition to general reception duties you will be attending to our face to face customers in our Showroom. You will report to and provide support to the Management team in the efficient and effective functioning of the administrative and operational aspects of the Reception area. In addition, you will assist with incoming calls and email correspondence. You will need to have a professional and confident approach with clients, both in person and through all communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers.
  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Managing all aspects of reception showroom.
  • Responding to all forms electronic correspondence.
  • Providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.
  • Management of incoming and outgoing mail & deliveries.
  • Providing administrative support to various department.
  • Assisting with various ad-hoc administration needs.
