JOB OPPORTUNITY: PART-TIME POSITION AT RAMSAY PSYCHOLOGY TEAM
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Ramsay Psychology Team in a permanent part-time capacity. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across two of our Ramsay Psychology sites:
- Mount Pleasant
- West Perth
FORTNIGHTLY SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Thursday
- Tuesday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Our receptionist staff are pivotal to the success of our clinics and the positive experience for our clients. This position will suit someone who is looking for a diverse role and an opportunity to showcase their outstanding customer service and communication skills. Additionally, you will have the chance to make meaningful connections within the healthcare community, contribute to the growth of our practice, and play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience for both our clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring clients have a positive experience with our practice from their very first phone call. This includes warmly greeting clients, efficiently handling inquiries, and providing necessary information with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handling patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, and processing accounts. You’ll play a critical role in managing the scheduling system, ensuring appointments are seamlessly coordinated.
- Additionally, your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining organised records and processing accounts efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of the clinic.
