Requirements and Job Responsibilities

  • MUST possess Receptionist/Customer Service experience(s) in the following hair and scalp industries
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the shop
  • Willing to learn and outspoken
  • Admin duties and cold calling
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Relevant sales experience in hair care will be an advantage.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holiday.
  • Provide after treatment follow up with customers.
  • Handle front desk duties and fix appointment for customer.
  • In charge of Inventory CRM
  • In charge of the overall management and profitability of the assigned outlet.
  • Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and assist in operational matters.
  • Upsells clients on products and services.
  • Customer service attitude
  • Make sure good housekeeping are practiced and maintained at all times.
  • Replying to patient enquiries (Phone call, WhatsApp, Facebook)
  • advantage if there is past experience
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Management. with min 2 years relevant working experiences.
