I am currently partnering with a reputable organisation in the Aged Care sector here in the Auckland market. They operate a premium service and with different offering available to their residents. They are looking for someone who is people focused to join their team on a 1-month contract as a receptionist.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role you will have proven administration and customer facing experience from a previous role. You will be someone that has warm and friendly personality that excels at making people feel comfortable.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be working on the front desk and will be the face of the organisation. You will become imperative to the business success and your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting residents
  • Taking delivery of parcels
  • First point of call for residents
  • Distribute mail
  • Ad hoc duties as required
