Description:
We currently have a contract / temporary opening for a Receptionist in the South Denver Area. This dynamic and creative company offers a stimulating work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the Denver, Colorado region. Major responsibilities
- Oversee and answer all incoming phone calls
- Create a fantastic first impression for visitors
- Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support
- Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support
- Organize, review, and allocate incoming mail according to specified procedures
- Be an asset to other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
- Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
- Put in orders for office and kitchen supplies
- 2+ years of related experience
- Incoming phone call management skills required
- Upbeat, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
- Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
- Strong customer service and office administrative skills
