Description:

An exciting opportunity has become available in one of New Zealand’s largest leading private radiology providers. We are looking for a Receptionist/Scheduler to join a diverse and passionate team.

A typical day in the life:

  • Managing inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments as well as managing cancellations
  • Managing and actioning referrals to clinical team and external entities
  • Face to face customer service with incoming patients
  • Capturing and updating patient details to ensure accuracy
  • Managing payment and general adhoc administration

A bit about you:

  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Able to work shift work,including night shift and Saturdays every 2 months
  • Adaptable to a variety of situations
  • Ability to pick up and understand multiple systems
  • Eagerness to learnPassionate about delivering excellent customer service
