We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist at St Pierre Park Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
Please note that this is a seasonal role to finish at the end of October.
St Pierre Park Hotel Spa and Golf Resort is a 131 Bedroom, 4 Star luxury hotel located close to St Peters Port on the beautiful island of Guernsey and is renowned for being the largest hotel on the island, and one of the best for a romantic get a way.
Dine on the Terrace overlooking the lake, experience a luxurious spa treatment or play one of only three golf courses on the island, this is the perfect base to explore the wonderful island of Guernsey.
Responsibilities:
- The role of our receptionists is to deliver an exceptional guest experience, by putting the guest at the heart of everything you do, through personalised and thoughtful service with care and attention to detail.
- You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of engagement with guests throughout their stay to make them feel at home, relaxed, and importantly identify and create magical memories at every possible opportunity.
- In collaboration with the Front office team you’ll maintain regular and effective communication to ensure a seamless operation, aware of all the days activities.
- Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.
