Responsibilities:

They need a high-energy, administrator with strong customer service capabilities. This is a pivotal role within the business where you will be responsible for inbound calls and responding to queries. Specifically:

  • Resolve queries via phone and online chat
  • Data entry of customer information
  • Providing support to the BDM and Customer Success teams
  • General office administrative and front of house duties
  • Provide great customer support / service where needed
  • Support with the ongoing idea and suggestions for streamlining and improvement
