Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Support the team with admin tasks as well as marketing campaign administration, document preparations and reports
- Supporting sales agents with client feedback, data maintenance and management of the sales process from appraisal to post-settlement
- Liaising with solicitors and ensuring all legal documents are complete and up-to-date as required
- Managing office supplies
- General office administration, including post and banking.
