Job Description

The Employee will be responsible for Receptionist duties coordinated by the South SK Operations group, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Greet and refer visiting clients or guests;
  • Lunch Truck Phone Page (AM);
  • Complete Health Questionnaire and perform temperature screening;
  • Daily entries of Shermco Employee’s Health;
  • Support the local team with data entry in a daily basis;
  • Restock reception area and boardroom fridges;
  • Answer and direct inbound telephone calls and inquiries;
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and conference arrangements;
  • Handle inbound/outbound mail and courier, filing, photocopying, ordering of office supplies;
  • Assist with shipping and receiving as required;
  • Create and maintain electronic files;
  • Responsible for bank deposits and cheque reconciliation;
  • Assist with project files;
  • Provide coverage and assistance for other office staff as required;
  • Manage vehicle registrations (renewals, recalls, inspections);
  • Training:

o Handle all billing summaries
o Ordering of training materials and manuals
o Generate training certificates
o Manage training calendar dates & entries
o Organize and manage all material in training folder

o Upload names of trainees to database

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
