What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide quality customer service in a safe, homelike environment
• Protect and promote resident rights

What we’re looking for:

• Enthusiasm for life and adding value to the lives of others
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Experience providing quality customer service face-to-face and via telephone
• Prior experience working with a senior population (preferred)
• Ability to adapt quickly, ability to establish confidence and trust with our residents
