Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a receptionist cover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing travel arrangements and stakeholder’s calendars, handling room bookings within the office, performing administrative duties, answering calls, and greeting visitors. You will also be expected to carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by management. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements and bookings for stakeholders
  • Efficiently manage stakeholder’s calendars ensuring all appointments are accurately scheduled
  • Handle room bookings within the office ensuring optimal use of space
  • Perform various administrative duties as required
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or area
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

The ideal candidate for this role will bring proven experience from a similar receptionist or administrative role. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build relationships with stakeholders and your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will assist you in carrying out your duties efficiently. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential for this role along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proven experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
