The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to provide receptionist and office support services to one of our prestigious clients at their central London offices. They are a customer of ours whom we look after throughout Europe and your roll will be pivotal in ensuring a successful partnership between Sasse & the customer in the UK.
There are two roles available as part of this recruitment process with a view to providing a manned reception service Monday to Friday between the hours of 08.00hrs and 18.00hrs. There will be two shifts, one working from 08.00 – 14.00hrs and the other working from 12.00 – 18.00hrs. You will work together to provide a handover during the lunch time period. It would be preferable that you rotate between early and late shifts, but we are open to fixed shifts if both candidates are in agreement.
In your role, you will often be the first point of contact between customers and the business and therefore your presentation and articulation of the customer experience is of critical importance to our client.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Complete the morning office check (meeting rooms, common areas etc)
  • Check Emails & the CRM systems for any queries and visitors coming to the London office
  • Assist with office events
  • Assist in Bookings & customer setups
  • Check stock levels of snacks/consumables/soft drinks and replenish as necessary
  • Check levels on water dispenser
  • Deal with any incoming deliveries, notify relevant parties or pack away into storage
  • Restock the fridge with drinks and snacks/consumables after lunch
  • Regularly check common areas and kitchen for cups/glasses/spillages etc, ensure storage in Lawson is tidy
  • Check the coffee machine is working and also check if it is filled up with milk and coffee beans etc.
  • Load/unload dishwasher as appropriate
  • Pick up any guests and/or receive guests from the reception area and offer them refreshments
  • Report any issues to the client – Our client doesn’t appreciate letting their customers down and therefore prefers for issues to be reported, rather than discovered through a complaint
  • Make sure the office is ready for the next day
  • Make sure the guest spreadsheet is updated with the guests of the day (check SkyVisitor for accurate list)
  • Check for unusual objects and remove trip hazards
  • Clean coffee machine, check and clean milk delivery container
  • Final check of email CRM Tools before leaving
  • Report low stock to the client so that items can be ordered

About you:
You must be able to demonstrate meticulous digital and planning skills and provide examples of these during interview. You will be well presented, punctual and possess an eye for detail. Experience in customer service & receptionist roles is preferable but not essential.
You will need to be reliable, agile, passionate and a strong communicator. You’ll bring a fresh perspective to this role and have the energy and tenacity to think outside the box. Able to work at pace, you’ll build trusted relationships with our customers
