Description:
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our friendly team at East Brighton Community Mental Health Centre (EBCMHC).
The role will be Tues/Weds/Thurs 8.30am-5pm (3 days - this is not negotiable unfortunately) on our main reception at EBCMHC. There is a second receptionist who works alongside this post during the busiest hours of 10am-2pm. This is a busy role and will encompass tasks such as; greeting visitors, checking in appointments, phone calls, emails, deliveries, post, unlocking & locking up etc.
Full training will be given for this post.

Handling reception and various tasks as stated above
Referring to ‘Carenotes’ to checking client appointments when needed
handling room bookings for the building and resulting issues

The receptionist will be working in this post on Tuesdays/Wednesdays and Thursdays 8.30am-5pm. This will include daily liaison with a wide range of staff at all levels and regular contact with people who use our services and their carers. They may occasionally be distressed or aggravated.
