Receptionist - Swift Current (Term)

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Receptionist to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Swift Current, SK. The successful candidate will represent the face and voice of the company when greeting and directing customers. You will ultimately set the tone for the customer experience, both in person and over the phone, to help create positive interactions for all Pattison Ag customers. This is a temporary full-time position beginning ASAP, with an approx. end date of January 31, 2025.
Responsibilities

• Answering and forwarding telephone calls professionally and in a timely manner
• Performing clerical duties - typing, faxing and filing
• Filing and general office duties
• Handling cash
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Assist other departments as required
