About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our Receptionist/Switchboard team in a ongoing, part time position (21 hours per fortnight).
Duties and responsibilities include reception duties at the Main Entrance reception area for the Warrnambool Base Hospital, operation of the hospital’s switchboard, courier duties, assistance with Retail Shop and cashier function and other general office duties as required.
The successful applicants will be required at times to work up to full time, between the core hours of 6.45am and 9.15pm. This includes weekends and public holidays.
What you bring
A high degree of professional organisation, time management and communication skills are required together with a sound knowledge of Microsoft computer applications. Accurate data entry skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently with limited direction is also essential for the role.
