• Ensure plasma screen are shown with correct slides and upload welcome screen when there are visitors
• Receive and attend to visitor and inform host on visitor(s) arrival. Maintain security procedures on monitoring log record and taking visitors’ temperature after scanning QR code. Issuing temporary passes for visitors or contractors when required.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to intended recipients.
• Handle incoming, outgoing, local and international mails and courier services.
• Assist to book meeting rooms and meeting room set up when required.
• Assist with the onboarding of new hires.
• Handle and manage on the purchase of office supplies such as stationaries, toners and cartridges, copier papers, printed papers, business cards and pantry items are at sufficient stock level at all times.
• Collecting daily mails and distribution
• Managing daily incoming faxes, info emails
• Handle and manage franking machines
• Scan interbank currency rate from Business Times paper and email to all departments
• Update telephone lists to all staff
• To prepare coffee to Regional MD (when required)
• Any other duties as required from time to time from Management
