Temporary Receptionist- (2 days) in Miami (33143)
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with 30 minute lunch
PAY RATE: $20 per hour
REQUIREMENTS:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Acts as first point of contact for visitors to office locations, e.g., members and customers, delivery personnel, associates, greeting all visitors with a sense of friendliness, professionally, and with courtesy.
- Receives all visitors to offices in a friendly manner, answers questions to visitor inquiries, and connects or directs to appropriate associate in a professional, consistent manner.
- Answers incoming telephone calls using professional etiquette including answering the phone within three rings, with a smile, requesting and using the caller’s name, transferring calls to appropriate associate with a warm transfer, requesting permission before placing the caller on hold, relaying messages to caller, and allowing the caller to end a call first.
- Provides assistance to others while remaining calm under pressure putting callers on hold and handling multiple phone conversations at the same time while dealing with visitors in person.
- Registers all visitors to offices verifying associate identification, issuing visitor passes in coordination with third party security personnel. Also observes and reports unusual or suspicious persons or activities.
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks including to managing accounts payable for the HR department, ordering and stocking office supplies, organizing associate activities around the office, and in partnership with the Corporate Services department.
- Sorts and handles mail and package pick-ups with Couriers and deliveries in partnership with Mail Room.
