Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Answering & screening calls, taking messages, arranging call backs.
  • Meet and greet all visitors.
  • Issue appropriate visitors passes.
  • Co-ordinate meeting room bookings and any refreshment requirements.
  • Arrange couriers and taxis.
  • Sort and distribute post.
  • Keep the reception area clean and tidy.
  • Maintain office supplies and replenish as necessary.
  • Conduct weekly fire alarm testing in conjunction with the H&S/Facilities Manager.
  • Facing up of the reception fridge.
  • Monitor the reception helpdesk inbox and action cases where necessary.
  • Provide any ad-hoc secretarial support as necessary.
