As our Receptionist, reporting to the Chief operating Officer, you will provide superior guest service to all visitors to the Brisbane Corporate Office, upholding high levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times. You will ensure completion of all daily operations associated with the Reception Desk and undertake a range of administration tasks in a professional and welcoming way aligned to The Star’s values and principles.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in representing The Star as the first point of contact and supporting senior leadership in timely responses to queries.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and respond to visitors with courtesy, respect and discretion
- Respond to all telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner
- Direct all external stakeholder and team member messages to the appropriate place
- Forward property emails to relevant department for resolution
- Perform other related and compatible duties as required, including purchase orders
