HERE’S WHAT THE ROLE IS ALL ABOUT:

The Store, are seeking proactive and dedicated Receptionists to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. The role contains everything you would expect, including supporting the Guest Relation Managers, acting as a friendly and approachable point of contact for guests, and creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere at the hotel.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
