We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and create a welcoming environment for visitors and employees. REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage the company’s visitor log, issue visitor badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating conference room bookings.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it’s clean and presentable.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as filing, data entry, or photocopying.
