We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and create a welcoming environment for visitors and employees. If you’re organized and have excellent interpersonal skills, we’d love to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Manage the company’s visitor log, issue visitor badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating conference room bookings.
  • Maintain the front office area, ensuring it’s clean and presentable.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as filing, data entry, or photocopying.
