Description:
Albany Toyota is an award-winning family-owned dealership with over 95 staff members across multiple sites. We have over 30 years of automotive experience and a proud history of providing excellent customer satisfaction.
We are currently on the search for our next bright and enthusiastic receptionist for our busy Albany location, as our current receptionist is moving to a new role within the company! We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a great customer experience, a well-presented individual who learns quickly and loves to multi-task. You will be joining our fun and friendly customer service team of six.
The role is 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, based at our Albany branch. However, you will be assisting all branches whether it be by answering a phone call for one of our service centres or carrying out any NZTA requests from the Albany and Warkworth Sales teams, as well as assisting any walk-in customers that may require registration.
About you:
Superb customer service and people skills.
A great communicator whether that be by phone, email or in person.
Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment.
Microsoft excel and word proficiency.
Strong ability to multi-task is a must.
Experience with NZTA preferred but not essential.
Car industry background preferred (but not essential).
While previous reception experience is advantageous, we are also interested in talking to people who have proven background in customer service or hospitality.
Your duties:
Answering incoming phone calls and overflow calls from our other branches and departments.
Greeting customers and introducing them to the different departments.
Ordering stock for kitchen supplies, stationary, coffee machine, NZTA forms etc.
Registering and re-licensing vehicles through NZTA.
Other various administrative tasks.
Managing and auditing the toll account.
Offer and make refreshments for customers.
Ensure the showroom is kept clean and tidy.
