Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and directing accordingly
- Front Receptionist duties
- Handing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Making appointments & bookings
- Filing both manual and electronic
- Maintaining database
- Assist with record management, recordkeeping and administration support in the day to day operations of the services
- General workplace housekeeping
- General administrative duties as required
