Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing accordingly
  • Front Receptionist duties
  • Handing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Making appointments & bookings
  • Filing both manual and electronic
  • Maintaining database
  • Assist with record management, recordkeeping and administration support in the day to day operations of the services
  • General workplace housekeeping
  • General administrative duties as required
