Description:
My Gateway has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist with Everlast Tarping Systems. As a part of this traineeship, you will complete a Certificate III in Business.
Responsibilities:
DURING YOUR ON THE JOB TRAINING, SOME OF THE TASKS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE WILL INCLUDE:
- Answering phones and emails
- Greeting customers and truck drivers
- Scanning and filing documents
- Taking care of the freight / delivery details for the tarps.Working with a team in the office of about 5 people
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:
- Driver’s license is needed as there are times that you will need to go to the bank and post office
- Be switched on and able to use computer system
- Able to work with Truck Drivers and Truck dealerships
- Candidate needs to be able to prioritise work flow and there will be times when you are working alone on certain tasks.
